Life Science Cluster Oberhavel – active since March 2024
Since March 2024, the Life Science Cluster Hennigsdorf has been pooling expertise in biotechnology, medical technology, and the healthcare industry in the region. Its aim is to systematically network companies, research institutions, municipalities, and service providers, and to strategically strengthen the region's innovative capacity.
The cluster sees itself as an operational interface between business and research. Its key tasks include initiating collaborative projects, transferring technology into practical applications, supporting young, innovative companies, and raising the profile of regional expertise at the municipal and state levels.
The focus is on future technologies , skilled workers , and how research can be translated more quickly into marketable products and solutions. Through exchange formats, project initiation, and active network management, the cluster contributes to the sustainable development of the life sciences region.
