Reception of Taiwanese business delegations in Hennigsdorf

International networking is not an end in itself, but a concrete lever for market access, visibility, and growth. As a result of our ongoing cluster work, we were able to welcome two Taiwanese business delegations to Hennigsdorf in the second half of the year – together with Brandenburg Economic Development Corporation and the Potsdam Chamber of Industry and Commerce .

The focus was on presentations by selected cluster companies, site visits and laboratory tours, which gave guests a realistic and deep insight into the performance of the life science location.

Insights into research, development and application

At the first meeting on June 5, 2025, five managing directors and scientific staff presented their research and development work at the N18 Innovation Forum. This was followed by tours of the peptides & elephants laboratories , led by Dr. Oliver Kreutzer, and the premises of co:bios Innovation GmbH .

The second meeting offered three more companies the opportunity to present their products and expertise. Afterwards, Olaf Degen, Managing Director of Invivo Biotech GmbH , led the delegation in two groups through his laboratories on Neuendorfstrasse.

Strong companies, strong region

Both meetings were a success, both professionally and strategically: The participating companies are conducting groundbreaking research and development work, developing medical devices and therapeutics that contribute to maintaining health and can save lives. These competencies deserve visibility – both regionally and internationally.

Based on these experiences, concrete proposals will be developed this year to further sharpen the strengths of the location and to position it strategically together with the city.
